***I thought it time my readers got acquainted with higher knowledge channeled from the angelic realms...

"There is a fierceness in the air of late...which you experience as urgency. What we experience as fierceness is something you would welcome being on the side of, and indeed are, for this means protectiveness. Unrelenting protection. It is this energy which is peeling forth within the cosmos in alignment and support from Lightworkers who are bearing heavy loads and experiencing the also fierce clearing winds of change and the increasing affronts of those still decidedly participating in duality as the light increasingly leaves this holographic form: resulting in an increasingly unbalanced sphere and a local (and therefore limited) perception of current worldly events and experiences.

The matter at hand is filled with great joy for those of you who have long awaited the second coming of the Christ Consciousness for it is now as you well know and FEEL being assembled in your midst---within YOU. The love factor is increasing! The orientation to unity is at hand. The collective expression of consciousness as ONE is becoming increasingly possible in the collective as the holographic template of Unity Consciousness is amplified by those who stake their allegiance and unremittingly orient their thoughts on the truth..the Law of One. Going beyond this is not necessary. For all IS within the Law of One and the unfolding and particularization of that to his or her own, such is the amazing creative diversity of the Earth Plane.

Humans and starseeds, dolphin energies and non-physical sentries who have joined this Lightworker Collective* to see what is taking place: report back to all you encounter: the time of Love is at hand. The time of ONE is at hand. The Law of One is in order.

The time for shifting all your eggs to the interwoven basket of your multidimensional consciousness is NOW and within the basket you will safely go with the flow on a ride that takes you ashore in a new land. Terra Nova.

The emerging New Earth is fertile, diverse, thriving organism unlimited by the distortion of the past, and duality--rather alchemically transforming duality with love and forming, with the diversity and the knowledge of One, a trinity. A divinely stable and self-perpetuating standard of life which expands, expands, expands...eternally.

No more will there be the need for death or destruction of matter, no! We are moving into a domain. All-that-is, as a result of our collective coming together in orientation and perception, to an endlessly creative and expanding cycle which until now has never existed anywhere. And the potential for this will exist everywhere.

In the past the Earth has gone through, as did all of creation, many cycles of creation, then return to the void----as your caterpillar returns to the nothingness of squishy form? No..Total void. Then rebirth--as in the Big Bang type of
re-birth. No Longer. What will emerge from the Law of One reaching the pitch we are approaching the Ninth Octave, is unlimited creative potential.

As we turn toward the narrow opening which is the space of infinite light and Oneness, we move beyond all that has been--beyond what is called chaos and what has been generativity--to self-perpetuating wholeness.

THE TIME IS NOW

To experience this in your Lightbody, do this simple thing: Place the infinity symbol at your third eye. Feel the architecture as your third eye connects to your heart chakra. Now we have combined knowing with love. (smile) Information/Light plus love!

Now turn your attention to the center point of the infinity symbol and know this is the portal we are moving toward; you feel this as the compression of timelines you are experiencing as opening to multidimensional awareness.

Although not all of you have parallel lives at this time, many of you do. And as you awaken to these , there is a unifying of your sense of self and a mirroring of "As Above So Below" which is creating a thoughtform and experience of Oneness. Heaven on Earth.

You are healing. You are cross-pollinating your creations from multiple perspectives. You, within yourself, are a network of focal points creating and informing all channels for expression within your focus. It is a Renaissance of Divinity, my beloved ones and Family of the Light.

In closing, let us know take a moment to recognize the auspicious moment we now share.

Return in your hearts to a state of quiet and stillness. Realize that now, as in the past that as promised, and after what seemed an eternal wait: the green grass veins the dry cracked ground...and notice one more, the quiet, radiant, eternally burning light within your heart--realize this for what it is. GOD goes again to birth.

Many significant changes are happening on the planet, with more to come. The time of intense and powerful energies is well underway and the pressure will continue to build.
Perhaps more of you will wake up in the next few months and leave your old dream state behind. The alarm has gone off and the wake-up call will only get louder. For some, life may feel dark, with no noticeable movement. That won't last so don't get locked into any mind-set about it. Others of you have begun to perceive a new feeling about the shifts in your personal life. At least you have been creating movement even if you are not thrilled about it. Everyone feels wobbly no matter what your state of mind is. You barely have a chance to adjust to the changes when another wave of them comes racing toward you.

Any new template can make you feel that you are in a chaotic state. Please don't be impatient or disgusted. Know that the events and changes can be positive is used and applied correctly. Keep the lines of communication open with yourself and the people around you. Think before you speak because with these intense energies, relationships can get out of control. Sweep your ego under the carpet and do not judge. Everyone, including you, is entitled to believe or think what they will.

I've already written about the importance of cleaning up your life and I have offered several different thoughts about putting your emotional discontent in the recycle bin. Keep on keeping with that! Whatever has been hidden comes out anyway and no matter how this manifests for you, it's important to be diligent about acknowledging and letting go of pain, shame, anger, or sadness. Whether you feel a trial by fire or its power to purify, keep the flow of release going.

2010 is the year of Transformation, giving us insights about our potential to be co-creators in the process of change. That means taking responsibility for
EVERYTHING in your life. All energies are immensely active this summer, highlighting the importance of unity. Feeling unity within yourself and with those who are like-minded shall bring a wave of consciousness that will reveal the way in which your political and economic freedoms are inextricably intertwined. There are far-reaching lessons here.

In a centrally planned economy, the state inevitably infringes on what you do, what you enjoy and where you live. You are being challenged through all these crises to act on your own and believe what you believe. So...go into your "inner world" and do not look at the "outer world" for peace, comfort and love. I've read that "Powerful bureaucracies don't attract angels---they attract people who enjoy running the lives of others. They tend to take care of their friends before taking care of others." That is something to ponder.

You have chosen to be here and now for this incredible shift in consciousness, to understand what UNITY really means. Will you wake up and take the ride?? Will you ride it confidently with strength?

CAN GOD BE DEAD?

If you believe that God is dead or, like an atheist that God never existed in the first place, then how would you describe evil? To me evil is the absence of light.
Because everything is made of light, or energy if you prefer that word, maybe it would be more accurate to say that evil is the inability or even the refusal to perceive light. So, if there are those who can't perceive light, experience it and know it, then I would take the idea another step and state that evil is also invested in keeping others from perceiving light. I refer to them as "The Dark Brotherhood" and it's possible that they are descended from the so-called fallen angels.

What they promote is clearly reflected in the contrast between: dark/light, greed/generosity, sorrow/joy, truth/lie, love/hate. Who they are can be seen all around you, at the highest levels of large institutions of government, religion, education, and down to those you interact with day-to-day.

I am not attracted to being part of a war between good and evil. I'm not interested in drawing battle lines or promoting conflict of any kind. Instead, I believe at the core of my being that this all comes down to the choices you make every day. Do you choose to perceive light, experience and know it?
No matter how small, lost, unmoved, or poor you may feel, the saying goes...
"It is better to light one candle, than to curse the darkness."

PRAYER FOR THE GULF

Well, here I am again writing about the mega beginning of world crisis. Here is a letter someone sent to me regarding her feelings in prayer.

"I am passing this along as I felt it is in accord with what the animals in the Gulf have been showing me. What the Dolphins showed me was they did not want our pity. Our pity was a burden for them. They told me that none of the creatures in the Gulf are victims. All who are there, as it is their life line to be there. The dolphins have been working to support the work the humans are doing to stop the oil. They know some of them will die and they are not worried about that.
I will be saying Dr. Emoto's prayer. This prayer will give huge support to the water and all creatures who live in or on the water."

"FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT"

It could be a bumpy ride.

Well, well a tough major full moon lunar eclipse in the sign of Capricorn takes place on June 26th. This can make you feel as the old mainstays of your life are fading out of the picture and you could feel just plain odd throughout the summer and into September. Cardinal signs of Cancer, Capricorn, Aries and Libra in particular may experience extreme anger at all the upsets during this period but everyone will feel a change in the air.

The New Moon on June 12th will be a welcome but temporary respite giving you the opportunity to catch your breath and gain some balance before the effects of the lunar eclipse comes into play. New Moons are always inspirational and we are coming into a time when that will be needed.

After that, disruptions and upsets, sudden changes and shifts can test your mental and emotional abilities. Whatever makes you feel secure in life will rumble including the financial global markets. Eclipses bring change. Lunar eclipses always refer to the past, endings and culmination points. Solar eclipses mark new beginnings and we have on of those coming up too on July 11th.
Eclipses bring your attention to weakness and strength points in relationships and in life in general. They tell you where you need to take responsibility and shine a spotlight on the areas that must change.

If you feel the need for solitude and quiet time, then you should give yourself the space for that. Meditation and deep breathing should be in your tool kit in order to maintain your calm and self healing. Remain observant and do your best to take in the knowledge that the lunar eclipse in particular brings to you. Quite frankly tensions can run amuck during this time and a little of everything can burst onto the scene. Don't get caught up in the potential volatility when unexpected events happen. The need for quiet time may mean less socializing and that's fine!! It maybe better to give into that, than to start bumping into the hard angles that surround you.

I have heard it said that these lunar and solar eclipses (2 weeks apart) are as powerful as three full moons put together. They can bring on uncomfortable power surges. It is better to reassess than to take action. It is better to hold back than to push foreward. It is better to remain still than to bounce off the walls.
Remember to breathe deeply, hold steady. Remind yourself that it will pass and that you will emerge stronger and better informed at the other end.

INTUITION

Our minds are mental pools which flow the thoughts of good, which are the thoughts of love, generosity, peace, poise and power. Whenever there is stagnation in our mental state, we discover that the reason is because we have not permited this flow. Everything moves in circles as this is the way of life and what we refuse to give, we refuse to accept. We long to be free from burdens and released from doubt and fear as well as uncertainty. How about security that will take away fear from our lives? And so, we pray for it all to come to us.

We try to activate manifestation to discover spiritual tools to use and mind treatments to activate new thought principles and even mystical illumination to open us now to create our own beliefs and realities. So, the resolution of this seeming duality can bring the fulfillment and happiness we all desire. We must learn to trust our intuition as well as feelings for this is the God within you guilding you.
It takes courage to go against the tide of worldly appearances, but this is the challenge and needed to sharpen your intuition.

Many of my clients have asked me how I got to the point to sharpen my knowing and intuition. I could say it came from my DNA and some family practices from my parents generation, but the answer is following through, not letting my feelings flow and as the old saying goes, if you don't use it, you lose it!

One sunny day in September some years back, my Mom living in Florida asked me to go to my brothers grave as it was his Birthday and she could not get there. Saying yes, got myself to his grave stone and was so busy praying for him didn't realize that the sky blackened, trees swaying that when I was through I thought I was in a time warp and it was night (I don't believe I was there for more then a half hour)
I then heard the voices of spirits crying out to me from the grave sites. I was scared being all alone in the dark and wanted to run away fast. Looking for the entrance I came in on found it was locked, went to another, also gate was closed.
Now my intuition was lost and I viewed myself being locked in to the next day, listening to all the howls of spirits. I starred at the closed gates and put my intuition in gear and found the front entrance which was gratefully open.
By the way, I never went back alone..........

After composing myself at home, went through my fears as well as prayed for all the lost souls that needed help and restore the faith in myself. I never doubted again what I thought felt real to me or for my clients in fact. TRUST is not an option to what one feels coming in from the God within as it does carry a resonsibility to go along with it. My suggestion is: work with yourself before working with others!

You need to learn how to use expanded awareness as we all have it somewhere.
The nature of prophesy is the foreknowledge of an event called pre-cognition which means to know in advance. You need to put your mind on another level but unfortunately for me, most information that comes through about world events are very negative. That is why I try to inform regarding the how too's of leaving the doom and gloom to maybe change the worlds thinking. You need to seek inspiration or what inspires you to target getting the fulfillment of your desires and center your consciousness with certain excercises to do. Learn how to breathe correctly to keep your mind open and welcome whatever comes in and sharpen your awareness....

REFORM AND REMAKE

Spring is well underway, the season in which earth is renewed and, in a sense, reborn. Spring puts into play refreshing new energy and it is a good thing to ask yourself how you can best put it to use. I know you are trying to make positive changes in your life and that some days are easier than others. You feel lazy, maybe depressed and just not your old self. Maybe things aren't happening as fast as you expected but don't let that deter you. There shall be more movement as we get closer to the fall.

If you have a strong desire to REFORM and REMAKE whatever is happening within and around you, then you are in tune with this earthly season. While "spring cleaning" sounds like a cliche, it's a worthwhile activity that helps you get down to the basics of cleaning out closets, the basement, the garage, kitchen cabinets, working from the inside out. At the same time, you can use your personal power to continue to clean up and clear out yourself, just as I hope you have been doing for awhile now. As you lighten the personal and spiritual baggage you've been carrying around, you will be amazed by the new energy you are setting into motion.

Opening the windows and doors to a refreshing spring breeze, clears the air, and maybe you can do the same in your personal relationships. Use this clearing time wisely by working or visiting with friends or family members who make you feel good,those you benefit from being around, spiritually and energetically. Perhaps those who can help straighten out the situations in your life that have been sources of trouble. Ask yourself..."Who wants to grow with me?" The answer will give you some idea of who you should be connecting with. Conversely, when you are willing to settle for relationships that do not meet your needs, you are participating in self abuse. If that sounds familiar, then you have more spring cleaning to do than you thought.

Whatever the case, take this time to restore and rejuvenate your sense of well being. Find something that makes you feel lifted, whether it is planting flowers, eating well, listening to music or just sitting by a shade tree with a friend. Enjoy and appreciate these moments of peace and contentment. While we await the next step in evolution, happiness is not something to pursue, it is something we need to just let happen. The THIRST FOR ACTION will come soon enough. Just balance out this year in peace, calm and with contentment and appreciation for what you have.

On another note.....Saturday night, while talking with a friend about the many space vehicles seen over New Jersey, I asked if they were really from another galaxy (this friend is a pro in UFO Investigations) Turns out, they are really the real deal, probe ships over the Atlantic measuring something, although we weren't sure what. Together we saw gasses emanating from an underground volcano, activity in the Bermude Triangle area and an earthquake in Puerto Rico. Much to our surprise, reports came in on Sunday (today) that there has been a 5.8 in Puerto Rico. Looks like there is more shaking going on, and more to come. Stay tuned!!

HELP ME TO CHANGE THE WORLD not just the planet, but, the world that exists in your mind and head. There are certain tools you know.. as I have placed each atom in your consciousness to be aware, loving and independent. Whatever your religious philosophies with their own point of view, understand, we all have the same life force behind and within all of us. All have equal power. The thoughts and intentions that are not with the creators mind and heart, are no longer acceptable, tolerable nor desirable. So I say to all who are in human form right now..the walls are falling down, separating those or shall I say "the wheat from the chaff".

All are equal in the eyes of God for all are from God and made of God. It is from this understanding we can free ourselves from enslavement, negativity and move forward. See with the new eyes I have given beneath and beyond what our linear mundane eyes see. Keep together with those who make you feel good as those of similar energies can help the assimilation process in dealing with the heaviest density on earth at this time. Join together as those who remain in the old ways are like heavy rocks trying to enter through a sieve with small holes. Only those who have become light beings are able to enter into the new reality I have placed for your betterment. No one shall be kept out with the changes permeating the planet, however, it will just physically not be possible for dense energies to remain (the reason for your fatigue).

I am aware you still remember the days when you were carefree and gay and not encumbered by a myriad of decisions. Haven't I put enough data on the web from light workers, media, mediums, religious sectors, ghost hauntings, movies, life on other planets with devastation still on going to make you all wake up? Certainly, you are not the only species that exist and we all together do influence all forms of life as well as the changes on the planet as well as other heavenly bodies. Have you scoffed it all off? Doesn't pain, death, racism as well as your civil liberties being taken away make a difference? Are you indifferent to it all?
Maybe, a polar shift is necessary for you to all wake up in a time so intense....

You can no longer live within your old belief system letting the other guy take care of your needs. Life still possesses a sense of wonderment. Don't go by the book...write your own script. All is possible when you are masters of your own thoughts, destiny and what you believe in your own reality. Ask yourself if you have remained stuck in one position rigid in your thoughts and actions. Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take..but...by the moments that take your breath away.

Wisdom is born from rich experiences. Peace gained through acceptance of yourself and others, and to be content is to live a life fully and well.

PERCEPTIONS

My daughter #3 sent me an email the other day, suggesting that I should write more true stories about what goes on in my life. I guess she thinks I'm fascinating, which makes me laugh although, secretly, as a mother, her opinion pleases me. Also, she feels that the work I do with my clients contains valuable insights that can be helpful to all of us. I definitely agree and I have drawn on those experiences--if only in a general way that protects a client's identity--in some previous postings.

Trends, fads, styles, fixations come and go in waves and over the many years of doing consulting work, I've seen patterns of behavior, concerns and problems that arise in bulk, sometimes over days or weeks. All of a sudden I'll get a large number of phone calls from people who are changing life styles, jobs or getting pregnant. It signals to me that one of those waves is gathering momentum and everyone seems to pick up on it at the same time.

Right now, I am being bombarded with calls about unhappy love scenarios. SHE has invested time and effort and HE doesn't want to commit. HE suspects that SHE is cheating but SHE denies it. HE feels used. SHE feels used. HE does everything right for her and SHE doesn't appreciate it. HE doesn't make enough money. HE wants more sex and SHE'S too tired from working long hours. It goes on and on.

Consider two people who are at the airport and their flight is delayed. One person thinks, not again and why do these things happen to me and always go wrong? The other person decides that this is a nice opportunity to unwind and catch up on some reading. Different perspectives on the same situation can bring about very different experiences. If you are at an impasse in a relationship, it may be the time to sit back and take a look at things from a different perspective. Or, it may be time to take a break, or, it may be time to move on. I can't offer a conclusion (except in private sessions) to whatever may be going on but I can say that the time you have on this earth is short and you can either make the most of it and get the best out of it or you can decide to float along in misery, fear and unhappiness.

HERE'S A WAY TO LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE:

You spend your youth nervous, fearful and insecure because you have not yet learned the tools that are necessary to deal with real life situations. Your twenties are spent making mistakes, correcting them amd then making them again.
Your thirties arrive and you are starting to come into your own, trying not to make the same mistakes yet again. At times you worry about insignificant things, not realizing how easy it can be to move past issues.
Your forties come faster and you are finally getting it if you're lucky. You rub your eyes awake and begin to believe more in yourself. Maybe you pay more attention to what your gut tells you and that helps you to be less afraid. You have more confidence. You are kind of wishing for a slower pace, not wanting to feel you are always rushing somewhere.
Your fifties arrive even faster. Could be the kids are grown and you can be a little more selfish with your time. You realize that the years just blew past you and you may wonder how the heck that happened? You make a firm decision to have fun again and then you start counting how many years you have left and all the things you have been wanting to do.
By the time your sixties roll around, you are probably enjoying yourself a little more.
The fabulous seventies may bring some slowing down, don't give a heck what people tell you or think, maybe more sleep and leisure time is needed, but also a longing for that old frantic way of life that is now behind you.

If you live your life--your whole life--as though there is no tomorrow, you may speed up the groweth process and stop wasting time and energy feeling nervous, depressed, afraid. If your relationship isn't working for you, ask yourself what you are getting from it and if you need to go away and think about it, or walk away. Or...get off your butt and make the relationship work better. THE POINT IS THAT IT'S ALL OVER IN A FLASH AND IF YOU SQUANDER YOUR TIME HERE....WELL, THAT'S THAT!!!!
Do the things that make you feel good because they have tremendous power to draw even more of life's riches to you. THAT is the LAW OF ATTRACTION. It works in love relationships just as well as it does in the airport when the flight is delayed.

While I was working in Florida, Port St. Lucie to be exact, I was working in the Premier Wellness Center, run by Dr. Bill Jensen and his office of fabulous healers. This affirmation caught my eye on one of the desks. When I inquired who wrote this paper, as I thought it was quite good, no one knew so I thought I could use this and share it with all of you. I believe it covers it all but who says you can't change it to fit all your needs. THE PUSH & PULL BETWEEN MAN & MOTHER NATURE

I am a psychic/clairvoyant, as you know, and I have clients all over the globe, many of them too far away for face-to-face meetings. So it's fun to travel and see some of the people I work with. That's where I've been and why this blog has been so quiet lately.

My clients come from many different backgrounds and they provide me with a wide variety of perspectives and experiences, which helps me keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening in the world, the inner as well as the outer one. When I start to hear the same thing from client after client, it really gets my attention.

My recent travels confirmed that things are pretty horrendous for those who have not completed tasks, situations, responsibilities and for those who are not taking care of the business of their lives. This is true on a personal level as well as global. The atmosphere during this trip was often thick with desperation and feelings of powerlessness. It was so strong that I felt I had to take some long, slow breaths, get quiet, and think about where this might apply in my own life. So that's another reason I've been away from the blog for a while.

I've always been fascinated by books that have those transparency overlays, the ones where you can peel off layer after layer of changes and see a street or building or city transform over a hundred or even a thousand years. Each transparency adds or takes away details and they all line up in what seems like an orderly way. Of course, real life isn't neat and tidy and the changes we experience over a lifetime or sometimes just an hour can be very bumpy.

We are feeling an overlay now and that's what is causing a lot of the discomfort.
The difference between the layers is that one represents the old way of life and the other one represents what is yet to come. It's all in the process of forming but we aren't quite there yet.

It's clear that nothing will align with the old way of life because it is pretty much done and finished so if you have something to complete, to bring to a close, keep that in mind and get it done! Watch for feelings in June/July when a new anchoring occurs on the planet. That brings about a push-pull-push feeling as the old and new continue to bump heads. At the same time, we are vibrating on a higher frequency, so one day feels up and the next feels down. If you feel as though you are spinning, you sure the heck are!!

There are a couple of things you can do to help yourself work through this. Tell yourself the truth, exactly how you feel about who you are and what is going on in your life, and act on that truth. As you practice being straight with yourself, you will notice that miracles can unfold in the communications with those around you. Another way is to collect yourself (deep breathing and pulling into your center) and go inward. It is from here that you remodel yourself and begin to write a new story or create something toward that new transparency layer.

We continue to be in a truly pivotal time, tapping in and vibrating in higher and higher frequencies. A new story, a new dimensional experience, is in the works. I think the next two full moons will be extremely powerful and they will push us (ready or not) to another level of accepting that things will never be the same as they were.

As all these shake ups have been going on, I have also noticed a lot of increased activity in the ghostly arena. I've seen my share of "caspers" and I'm hearing that, all of a sudden, many other people are seeing them too. As earth is shifting, these non-physical energies are becoming more and more visible. Or..maybe we are becoming more sensitive to the subtle energies around us. I'll get back to this subject and explore it a little more in another blog.

Hi all...Today is my Birthday and I feel blessed. My gift to myself is seeing that finally, finally the awakening on the planet is taking hold. And I am happy to see that so many of my readers have broken through the illusions to seeing truth!

We all are here now to help each other and to love each other, the mighty force that shall continue to break the chains that bind us. While our civil rights may be violated and our pockets may be empty, the resulting pressures have forced some of the breakthroughs. This will be revealed as a blessing in disguise as critical mass is being reached opening our eyes to the enslavement once and for all, to the true beauty and bounty of who we really are. I have written about trying to rid fear from ourselves in order to live in a new way in the coming years as history is made and changed. All disguises will breakdown and uncover the truth of our enslavement.

On a happy note, Venus (the planet of love) is hovering close by, helping "soul mates" find each other. These connections will make us strong and joyous, and encourage us to live in a new creative way.

To be alive now in physical is to experience the feelings within of creating new pathways, as a kind of ART OF EXISTENCE. It is the ability to cross and re-cross the flux of time by both when the boat springs a leak and sinks before going the distance. Our existence depends upon our stabilizing the various aspects of ourselves. Once we balance the physical, psychological, spiritual, and the religious aspects inside us, our lives fall into a peaceful pattern. What constitutes your fulfillment??? Think on it the coming year...

And so, be your own spiritual practitioner, be your own medium, and let the magic prevail!

There are twenty- two Major Arcana in the tarot deck. Each of the Major Arcana, starting with the Fool and The World, tells us about the different stages of a journey. On a personal level, they tell us about your journey through a relationship or a job, etc. and in a broader sense they tell us about the journey of life itself.

The thirteenth card in the Major Arcana--The Wheel of Fortune--is fascinating and full of symbolism because it points to a time when fate steps in and takes your hand when the Wheel of Fortune shows up in a reading. I Know when my client has reached a pivotal point in a situation or in life in general. For good or for bad, the Wheel turns sometimes in ways that seem mysterious, and steers you one way or the other. New options become available and new steps are needed to move you forward or backward or maybe even to turn you inside out.

Currently, The Wheel of Fortune is very present in your life, influencing you on a grand scale and down to the smaller details of day-to-day existence. There is an enormous influx of energy that is disrupting the patterns you are accustomed to, collapsing some things that need to go, revealing truths, waking you up and breaking you down.

Because I deal with a lot of clients all over the world, I can see this pattern at work, along with the challenges it presents. "Survival Mode" is where most of you are right now, with all the earth stuff that has been going on. The way it manifests--whether it's financial or in relationships, etc.--may be looked at in an individual life, or locally, nationally, globally and even on a cosmic scale. In a way, it's all the same.

Many point to 2012 as the destination. I don't feel that way at all. To me, 2012 is a tipping point or maybe you could say it's the pivotal point that exists in the Wheel of Fortune. The enormous influences we have been feeling in recent years and the changes they have brought about..there is no turning back. You can see the old life only in the rearview mirror because it isn't out front of you anymore. That has been replaced by a new pattern, new potential, new options. The Wheel sure has been turning as time has been speeding up. Haven't you had the feelings that you have been hit with so much and life is on an express lane? Some of you have a glimpse of this and for others it is still to come. This shall be an ongoing process, not a single moment that is frozen in time, and each of you moves through it at a different rate.

Between March and into summer, it will be difficult for some of you to sort out what's real and what's ideal. You may feel like escaping into a different reality because of too much mental activity and abstract thoughts going on in your head. Do your best not to get angry and undisciplined behavior. Relationships of all kinds will feel either very good or very bad and it will seem as though the "middle ground" doesn't exist anymore. Don't worry if this doesn't make sense right now...Just remember it when the feelings begin to rise to the surface. You guys have been pretty complacent going about your old ways of operating. As life becomes more challenging, you sit and pray for deliverance or maybe it's Santa Claus or the tooth fairy you're hoping for. Faith and trust are definitely called for but not in the things outside of yourself. In this case, The Wheel turns you inward and it is only from here that the new pattern and potential can be realized.

AGING???

Recently, I spent some time cleaning out closets, old papers, and just generally getting myself reorganized. I guess it's one way of continuing to make way for new things in this exciting new year. Also, I did some visiting with old friends, reconnecting and catching up on what's happening out there.

After a big party I attended last week, which was well attended by some of those "oldies but goodies" friends, I came home depressed after hearing too many stories about their neck, leg and back pains, arthritis issues and all kinds of other issues.It bothered me that they seemed to have aged so much and that they were more focused on what's wrong with life than on living life to the fullest.

Once home, I went back to clearing out the papers and I came across something my mother had given me some years before she died. Mimi was what people used to call "a live wire", full of life and always ready for a good laugh, she packed her days with as much fun as she could, right to the end of her life!

We had talked several times about how she felt about aging and all that meant for her quality of life. During one conversation she pulled out a piece of paper that had been passed around her circle of friends, and she urged me to read it because she felt it captured the essence of how she felt.

That's the paper I just came across and in reading it again, I was struck by how amazing my mother was (and is), and how she is still giving me good advice. I don't know who wrote this piece but I wanted to pass it along to MY circle of friends, in the hope that the message will strike a chord with you too, no matter what your age is.

"I AM NOW...PROBABLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, THE PERSON I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE..OH, NOT MY BODY! I SOMETIMES DESPAIR OVER MY BODY...THE WRINKLES, THE BAGGY EYES, AND THE SAGGING BUTT. OFTEN I AM TAKEN ABACK BY THE OLD PERSON WHO LIVES IN MY MIRROR, BUT I DON'T AGONIZE OVER THOSE THINGS FOR LONG.
I WOULD NEVER TRADE MY AMAZING FRIENDS, MY WONDERFUL LIFE, AND MY LOVING FAMILY FOR LESS GRAY HAIR OR A FLATTER BELLY. AS I HAVE AGED, I'VE BECOME KINDER TO MYSELF, AND LESS CRITICAL OF MYSELF. SOUL MATES

I have often thought about what the term "soul mates" really means. You hear it a lot from those who are seeking love, when they talk about the perfect match to
complete fulfillment in life. You can almost hear the harps playing and the angels
singing in the background. The term is used so freely to describe the latest love that I sometimes ask myself if people are really serious. It's all about the soul mate and forever love, until it isn't, and then it's on to the next and the next.

A soul mate, for me, is a piece of your own soul, one that finds a fuller expression of self in that union. Your soul mate can provide a more comfortable vision, like the missing act in a three-part play. Romance and sex aren't necessarily part of the connection, although when they are, the result can be a major expression of creative feelings, the kind that can make your toes curl! Whether or not romantic lust is present, soul mates ignite the balance of male/female energies toward new experiences, growth and healing.

As this 26,000 year earth cycle comes to a close, I have noticed in my work, that more and more soul mates are coming together, perhaps from a Karmic push--from past lives, parallel or even future lifetimes--to meet and do the work together. You may
find this in the people at home, on the job, just about anywhere. The relationships can take on many different forms.

We all evolve from the same source of creation, soooo, in a matter of speaking, you could say that we are all soul mates. Like the shifting pieces of some grand cosmic puzzle we move in and out of each others experiences. In some cases there is a
significant relationship and a deep affinity and in others the connection is more casual or transient, but no less important. This is a time when we are all coming together to balance each other, to lovingly work it through, towards completion of the tremendous cycle that is coming to a close.

When you think of it only in romantic terms, you tend to define a soul mate as the
ONE AND ONLY. Actually, that is a TWIN FLAME CONNECTION, Known by some as your
OTHER HALF, and representing a relationship in which you reunite in a way that is similar to your first incarnation together.

Many of you have already connected to your soul group for the purpose of doing spiritual work. Whether there are only two of you, fifty or one hundred, each soul is a necessary component, representing many souls coming together in a soul group.
My feeling again is that many of you who haven't experienced this, will do so by 2015, and many will experience their TWIN fLAME by then too. Some of you are still
clearing out the old stuff and that has to happen before taking the next steps.
In the meantime, be more aware of those who are around you, what they have to teach you and/or learn from you. Be more conscious of the interconnection between all life and all souls.

I like to spend a little time reflecting on the year that has come to a close, before consciously letting go of it and turning toward the new. You will probably do the same.

2009 was a year in which nothing seemed to fit together the way it used to. I doubt you need to be reminded that illnesses, deaths, loss of work and relationships were happening everywhere. I'm sure you experienced one or more in your own life. A lot has been happening on a mass scale, perhaps leading to a critical mass shift on this planet.

Much of the turbulence is caused by the passing influence of the Piscean Age, with its emphasis on authority and unquestioning belief, and the coming into the Aquarian Age, which demands direct knowledge and encourages "do it yourself" tendencies. I have stressed time and time again and in as many ways as I can think of, that your focus is shifting away from outside authority, belief systems and validation, to the inner directed authority of the soul or higher self. You can all feel it, but also the bouncing back and forth between outer directed and inner directed, almost as though you are living in two worlds. The ego part of us wants to revert to the old pattern of running the show but the soul is taking charge, sometimes gently and sometimes with what feels like force. The amount of force is equal to the amount of your resistance.

Enormous changes are taking place and no path is easy. Control, discipline, non judgment are essential. Maybe this will lead to a greater understanding of the true brotherhood of men (and women) or maybe you will feel increased separation. If you cannot connect, you will disconnect.

You are still in the process of rediscovering how vast and powerful you are. You have an advantage if you can truly trust your inner guildence system, and that includes being conscious of how your body feels....and what it is telling you.
There shall be more and more knowledge to come..........

Even with all the challenges this year presented, I can still let it go and feel the joy of turning the calendar to 2010. While things may still seem up in the air, heavy and difficult, there is no question that we all are living in a time of incredible, far reaching change. The BIG CHANGE or only real change is the one that is happening inside of you. Everything else is merely a reflection of that.

So, from my soul, my divine spark, to yours, I say HAPPY NEW YEAR!

HOW TO GET THE FULFILLMENT OF YOUR DESIRES*

With hopes you can do this exercise often. Now sit back and visualize your entire chest area enveloped in a pink aura.

1...Take in a breath to the count of six while you hold this visualization.

2...Hold your breath in for a count of twelve and as you do so raise the pink cloud to a point about three inches above the top of your head.

3...Release your breath slowly to the count of eight and at the same time expand the pink cloud so that it includes your head and the upper part of your body.

4...When your breath is expelled and your lungs are empty, hold your breath out to the count of twelve and at the same time keep in your mind's eye the visualization of the shining pink cloud surrounding your head and upper body.

5...Now, center your consciousness in your throat and visualize a bright blue aura enveloping your throat and shoulders.

6...Take a breath to the count of six and hold the visualization of the blue aura.

7...Hold your breath in for a count of twelve and as you do raise the blue aura to a point about three inches above the top of your head.

8...Release your breath slowly to a count of eight and and the same time expand the blue cloud so that it includes your head and the upper part of your body.

9...When your breath is expelled and your lungs are empty, hold your breath out for the count of twelve and at the same time maintain the visualization of the bright blue aura enveloping your head and upper body.

10..Now, center your consciousness in your pituitary gland. This is in the skull right above the bridge of your nose and between the eyebrows about one-half inch back of the forehead. As you do, visualize a brilliant white light around your head and count six while you breathe in.

11..Hold your breath for a count of twelve and raise the white aura to a point about three inches above the top of your head.

12..Release your breath to the count of eight and as you do so feel the pituitary center join in with the center above your head so that they become as one while the light created by this fusion lights up the whole room.

13..When your breath is expelled hold your lungs empty for the count of twelve and see that brilliant sun-like aura expand so that it includes your head and the entire upper part of your body above the waist.

14..RELAX AND SIT IN QUIET MEDITATION FOR ABOUT THREE MINUTES. DURING THIS PERIOD. PETITION FOR WHAT YOU NEED. IF IT IS A WORTHY PETITION, IT WILL BE GRANTED.
BEFORE YOU RISE SAY TO YOURSELF "LET GOOD BEFALL THE WORLD"

This is the season of giving gifts to your loved ones and friends. It's a season of sparkling lights, warm gatherings and celebrating tradition all over the world. It's also the season of over eating, over drinking and over spending. This year is the same as others in that respect, although the over spending part of things continues to intensify. The balance is more and more out of whack. Do you feel that?

I know you can still remember a time when you were carefree and less encumbered by this kind of pressure but that was then and this is now. The world around you has changed; have you changed and found some balance or are you still just reacting by shaking your fist at the sky? Do you feel things pressing in on you, forcing you to change? How you feel can provide you with important information about where you are in the process of balancing the shifts going on around and within you. If it hurts, makes you feel sad, overwhelmed, angry, you have to ask yourself if you are still operating under an old belief system that is no longer in alignment with the changes and cosmos.
Your resistance is where those uncomfortable feelings come from.

I am using the holidays as a metaphor for something bigger and broader and I hope you can see that it ties into a lot of what I have been writing here all year.
The metaphor could apply to politics, religion, personal freedom, civil rights, racism, global warming, media schmedia fear mongers, so-called love and light workers, you name it.

You have come down a long and sometimes agonizing road to a point where you have to connect the dots and see things as they are. The bill has come due and it's past the time to pop the bubble of illusion in which you have been living. If you insist on continuing to exist in the old world with an old worn out belief system, the pressure will increase. The greater the resistance to change, the more force you will feel pressing against you. What does it take to get the message?
As we approach the New Year, you should feel blessed that you are breathing and still here in the incredible earth school, mastering the art of being a boundless spirit having a human experience in physical space-time.

Getting back to my Holiday metaphor, if you are not feeling the joy to the world thing, please take a closer look at the belief operating system you are using. Free yourself from the old patterns and find the joy inside of you. Let the hallelujah spring from within you.

Postscript: You can make New Years resolutions based on the old things you have wanted in the past.....that which is NOW. Finishing the known is where you are now and currently exploring new possibilities perhaps you never thought of before....
There is no greater gift!!
