JUST A FEW THOUGHTS

There is little point in trying to guess how humanity's evolution is going to work out because we are creating it as we go. But, what we can (and must) do is set a general plan on how we see our future's working out. INTENT is a great word for setting the future in motion.
We have all been in denial of our emotions for so long we have forgotten how to feel and as far as, I feel, it must be felt now. The current energies and times have been so intense that none of us are used to it nor...the feelings we harbor within of the fears that linger.
Those that don't want to feel are leaving the planet, or virtually on drugs of all sorts.
We are past the word change and as Ghandi has said, "strength does not come from physical capacity, it comes from an indomitable will".
We need to practice openness, patience, kindness and tolerance. WE individually CREATE THE CONDITIONS!!!! We are not all alike but we can be creative with what we have. These times it is to empower ourselves as EGO is a sense of self and involves our balancing within.
We should know that our present day conditions are tied to our past situations that can stop us from making the leap to the changes we want to move forward.
Human ignorance now has us doing mindless things. Don't worry about knowing the answers, accountability for doing the right thing for others as well as ourselves should be set in motion now. THINK,,,,JUST THINK!

IN THIS TIME OF GIVING THANKS

When we are grieving, we're apt to feel in some ways alone, cut off from other people and living things.

It is salutary to go outside and stand by a tree. To stand in the presence of a great tree is to feel a kind of solidarity with nature, a continuity between oneself and the whole created world.

Now move closer, and put the palms of your hands against the bark of the tree.
Feel the bark with your fingers. Think of the tree's age-how long it has been here, through the summer and winter; how it draws energy up from the earth and down from the sunshine and rain.

Then stand closer yet, lean against the tree, put your arms against it (hoping the neighbors aren't looking but who cares?.) Feel your own continuity with all created life, including this tree you now embrace in honor and in memory of those you have lost.
You may be laughing, or crying or feeling foolish-or some of each.
But....don't you feel better?

THE FIVE PRINCIPLES OF LIFE

I am always looking for new ways to help my clients work through what is going on in their life. Often, it is helpful to give a person information from a couple of different perspectives or by formatting it in a variety of ways. The idea is that if one approach doesn't quite register, then another one will. That's how The Five Principles of Life came about. I developed it and use it to bring clarity to an area of life that needs attention or when I know there is a particular situation a person wants to work on.
This can be a terrific self-help tool for getting your energies centered and balanced and clearly focused. It can help you zero in on a situation and really work on it with the intensity of a laser beam.
You will need to cut out five cardboard cards, the size of playing cards. You will number each card and label as follows:

#1................SELF HEALING
#2................FAMILY
#3................PERSONAL FINANCES
#4................RELATIONSHIPS
#5................MANIFESTATION

When you have the cards ready, take the first one, #1 SELF HEALING, and hold it in your hand. Breathe deeply a few times and then close your eyes and let the words SELF HEALING sink into your entire being. You may get a feeling or a thought or a glimpse of something. If nothing happens, that's fine. Just let yourself feel the stillness.
Open your eyes and look at the card again. Talk to yourself out loud or silently, whatever is most comfortable. Tell yourself how great you feel, how positive your energy is, how everything within you is clear, clean and in perfect working order. Ask yourself what you need today for self healing and see what comes back to you. Your physical body may register something or a thought may come to you about something you need to do to promote self healing.

Move on to card #2 FAMILY. This one isn't about you but all the people you consider to be family. Again, hold it in your hand and breathe. Close your eyes and let the word sink into your entire being. Open your eyes and say the word "family". See what thoughts come to you. You can use those thoughts as a prayer if you like. Perhaps you want to send out forgiveness or a feeling of togetherness or if something needs mending, you can work on that. No one can hear you talk to FAMILY out loud or silently.

I love #3 PERSONAL FINANCES because when I do the exercise I visualize and talk to my check book and see the balance increasing and increasing. I talk to the card and say, "Money is just another form of energy and I have LOTS of that!" If I see a dollar figure, I multiply it 10X10X10X10X and so forth.

#4 RELATIONSHIPS can sometimes be a challenge. If you are seeking to bring in someone new, be clear about what you want. If it's time to let someone go, let it be for the highest good of all concerned. Because any relationship includes you, make sure you talk about it being compatible in any situation in order to lift your vibration a couple of notches to make it a win-win for everyone.

#5 MANIFESTATION is a BIG one!! Here, you are focusing on the outcome or destination, not the process of getting there. Get out of your own way and pretend that the details will take care of themselves. Talk about the end-point as you are already there. Describe what is around you, what you feel or see. Manifestation can be used once in a while when you feel drawn to it...........
