PROTECTING YOUR HOME

This basic cleansing begins with burning a white candle, perhaps fresh flowers ( I am partial to white ones), and an open-topped container of water. It wouldn't hurt to say The Lord's Prayer.
Go through the house room by room, saying the prayer. If you stumble or forget, just continue to say it over until you got it right and keep repeating the prayer until the room feels good to you.
Remember, even before you start, do a prayer of protection *(By asking your higher power to watch over you and protect you)*
Understand, too, that exorcism will work only if your energy is significantly stronger than the energy of the entity you want to exorcise.
CHANTING the negative energies out is more effective at times than prayers, as it sets up a vibrating field that connects to the rhythm of the unseen entity. As you continue to chant and shield your vibrations (with light), the entity suddenly find he has to fight off your vibration and you have dominion and an advantage over him or her.

MENTAL CLEARING (under 101)

Rid yourself of mental suggestion. Don't give any curse power. Doubt must go; fear brings it to you.
Know that nothing negative can have any effect whatsoever unless you accept it. YOU give it power if you believe it! YOU must be totally convinced that nothing evil can happen unless you give it power through belief. Get to the root of your (so called) curse, or negative systems will return. Mentally clear yourself of these energies with clear thoughts like visualizing a lightening bolt going through you. Then.. fill yourself to the brim with the feelings of love, harmony, and peace.

SPIRITUAL HANDBOOK 101

Today, I'd like to acquaint you with spiritual understanding and connect with your everyday life, unlocking some secrets of this linear world. Perhaps..I can teach you about energy fields and how to improve your life by using them with people, places and things you come into contact with. In other words, how you can be your own practitioner, your own medium.
TODAYS LESSON REGARDING PSYCHIC SAPPERS AND VAMPIRES:
Sappers are those people who generally, unknowingly "sap" energy from other people via their auras. Some sappers deliberately behave this way. I have studied some of them knowingly manipulating others people's energy and force fields. It is an act of ungodliness. Following is a blueprint on how to detect sappers of both kinds and how to stop them for bleeding your aura.
How do you recognize a sapper? Sappers do not have an especially determined energy of their own. They drain from others first by simply demanding attention. Nice, sensitive people are easy victims, as they are too nice NOT to give anyone their attention. They are the easy marks! Family and close friends make it all the easier as you are supposed to love then and give them your attention first and foremost. IF you don't..guilt attacks.
A sapper refuses to be guided into a state of independence. He gathers his strength only by feeding on the poor unfortunates who do their own work. He finds he cannot release himself wholehardedly in some activity and always needs to be within eyesight or hearing of some of the people he truly thinks are marvelous.
If you slowly stop giving your attention little by little, maybe he will have to find the answers for himself. If not, know you are doing someone less good by allowing yourself to be used this way. Try explaining how he can work out his own problems. At the same time, put up your shields!!

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SAPPERS AND VAMPIRES*

This general method will apply when you feel your energies drained by another person.
1. Wrap yourself in a bluish purple light, almost like a cocoon.
2. Place a white cylinder around you and make sure you are inside it.
3. Surround yourself in Pink Mist or fog of PINK LIGHT.

FOR AN ATTACK ON YOUR FREE WILL*

1. Face your opponent, eyeball to eyeball.
2. Ask your higher power mentally for protection against evil or wrongdoers and surround your aura head to toe with a brilliant white light.
3. You will begin to eminate a ray of brilliant iridescent white light, an intense one, from your third eye into his and continue until he or she begins to squirm or move away. (they would definitely be dazzled).

FOR USE AGAINST A SAPPER*

1. Repeat numbers 1 and 2 as above, but after a shot of brilliant white light, start to change the emanation to a rosy glow. Discount number 3, Instead from the third eye..send out a blue ray (this will calm then down).

ALL THREE OF THESE METHODS WILL PROTECT YOUR ENERGY, SYMPATHY, AND VULNERABILITY!

BALANCING=MOTIVATION

We need to remind ourselves to balance our everyday lives in order to move forward. You are now witnessing consciously all of your ongoing changes. We were conditioned to keep connecting with the past,possibly because of our DNA. I believe, the past is mounting furiously, in our present time, and we must work all leftovers through and finish that chapter. Motivation is there but how do we do it and create all that we want? Here we deal first with the duality of our nature and conditionings of our past.
Understand, we are heading to a total collapse of the world we knew in our world of opposites.
Our economy is currently in the hands of the "elite" so we deal with fear. loss and anxiety. The very idea of security is now being stretched to the max.
First, re-energize the spirit within you. Dare to dream and not acquiesce to fear based issues. In order to create a better world, KNOW, change must occur within each of us.
Bless what you have in gratitude and not what you have lost. Access all your talents and abilities. Maybe something you have not done for a long time so dig deep regarding your talents.
What can you do that pays the bills and with the kind of work you love to do?
Meditate and breathe deeply and free your mind from repetitive and negative thinking.
Connect with your guardian angel asking simple questions and free your mind to receive the answers. Perhaps in programming your dreams???
Clean out old and physical things. *closets, garages, attics, household things and let go of all unused stuff. Cleaning out the old makes us feel lighter and accomplished. YOU must take stock of your life and deal with all old issues. What happened to all of your old interests? Any new ideas?
When we Meditate, we breathe and quiet the mind. We then can hitch to our higher selves. Trust what you receive! The world is filled with unlimited possibities. You man the helm and are in charge.
I used to channel world changes but found that mostly predicting world change was mostly negative. You can get sick listening to the media news and get caught up feeling hopeless racked in fear. Remember, our conscious mind deals in the earthly hopeless reality so don't go there.
It takes 30 seconds of concentration to remove an old belief system and 30 seconds to believe you are healthy...
We must have the strength to find the truth. Truth must be put into action, by being lived. What you learn from it has to be absorbed within so that you can become part of it, in the following ways:

1. BY REPETITION--it works its way into the soul and its development. Keep practicing!
2. EFFORT must be extended. You have to sincerely want harmony with the spiritual energy. It has to hook up to the rest of your soul. Work hard..
3. MANIFESTION is the real key. You must put forth the effort. The idea is not to grasp it but to absorb until it becomes a part of you. Manifestation means those advanced truths must move into physical action. In order to advance, the fulfillment of what you have already done or accomplished must be witnessed and understood by you. If you do not understand this instead of going forward, you go backwards!
4. SPIRITUAL GROWTH is the capacity to complete and manifest our spiritual truths.
It incorporates our character, the one quality that we have to develop for ourselves, as it cannot be given to us. It advances when one dedicates himself to the soul's need without seeking rewards. A need is what the soul must have to mature.
The personality is the unique one, as no two people are the same. We use our personalities as they are the means by which we choose to express our characters.
TRUTH above all, to thyself, all other truths will then follow.

AS A POSTSCRIPT TO DREAMS

From the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Health Information Organization..."The Heart houses the mind, therefore it is closely related to sleep. If Heart Blood and Yin are abundant, a person goes to and stays asleep easily and soundly. If the Heart is weak, the mind floats causing sleep disorders and excessive dreaming. Therefore, all dreams are in some way related to the Heart.

PROGRAMMING YOUR DREAMS

1. Keeping a dream journal is helpful in keeping tabs on your life.
2. Before you go to sleep, tell yourself to remember your dreams.
Visualize yourself putting them in a glass of water by your bedside.
Drink the water upon rising,and while you sit at the edge of your bed,
recall the dreams and write them down.
3. Perhaps, you may want to program your crystal to help or perhaps tuck
it under your pillow.
4. Keep a notebook, or a personal recorder by your bed and try to wake yourself up
to catch the dreams. This actually works well. If you get out of bed,
you are liable to miss them. Some say that it is best to lie there
quietly while recalling a dream, as motion sometimes makes them disappear.
5. Every morning jot down some of the dreams you remember.
6. Make a chart to record your dreams as an aid to understand unexpressed
emotions. At first they may not make much sense,but work with them a
little while and you will begin to find their meanings. First try a literal
translation. Second, a psychological interpretation, then a symbolic
spiritual one.
Example: You have missed a bus, plane, or train (maybe you are afraid that life
is passing you by). Your timing is off, giving you a warning. Notice your
expression in the dream. Were you glad or sad?
7. Set your alarm ten minutes earlier than usual. You may wake up in the middle of
a dream. The last dream is usually right before waking hours.

DREAMS ARE THE KEY TO YOUR MIND

What's going on in your brain and body? If you understand your dreams you will understand yourself, as the mind controls your external life. As It processes the information that makes you anxious, you can therefore understand and analyze, your anxiety-provoking events.


DREAMS ARE OFTEN ABOUT CONFLICTS

Love and Hate
Life and Death
Freedom and Security
Right and Wrong
Masculine and feminine aspects of yourself

They tell us about our basic needs, desires, and fears, some of which we may be unaware. Allow them to come... ask for them and you will learn to welcome those fears and tensions.
Often dreams about other people are reflections of yourself in different states of being. What your fears are or what you would like to be, or achieve, is often reflected in your dreams.
Precognitive dreams, however, are different.

ARE YOU DREAMING?

Certainly our dreams represent understanding how to be able to change our paths,
and to be able to accept new experiences. Could it be the fear of taking a hold of our lives that we don't listen? We solve our problems in our dream state which is the gateway to our higher purpose. IF WE LEARN HOW TO SOLVE THEM! I believe, when we dream, we go into our secret laboratory and it can help us to mend our divided selves. It's like having your own creative stage.
We all dream even though some of us say we don't remember them. The mind does its homework when we sleep. We all dream..In fact, we can't live without them. We dream lying down, sitting up, standing, we may dream in any position or any place. In sunlight or at night. It may take seconds, minutes or even hours. Some people do it more than others; some remember, some don't.
Each night, we go up and down through four sleep stages several times:
STAGE 1..As we drift off to sleep our brain waves are small and erratic (beta)
STAGE 2..The brain starts changing. we toss and turn (alpha) a healthier place to be
STAGE 3..Our sleep is sounder and brain waves slower (theta)
STAGE 4..Deepest and heaviest sleep (delta) If you are very tired you spend a lot of time in this stage. After a time in this stage, we go into reverse. We don't awaken but enter a REM stage (rapid eye movement) in which brain waves are short and erratic and eyes dart back and forth.
In short, sleep is a kind of battery recharge. The illogical, emotional, and very high visual right brain is almost freed from the rational left brain. These flooding images and feelings ARE OUR DREAMS....
Not being an authority, I catagorize three types of dreams:
1. They can be SYMBOLS that form the language of our dream life-connected to us in our daily conscious life. You may think of them as spiritual, a link with higher self or consciousness.
2. PSYCHOLOGICAL dreams only tell us the truth of what we really could have done with our logical reasoning minds. Also, we may get some helpful needed information about some other person. It's like a telepathic dream experience. Or, working out our "reasoning world" we live in. Maybe, our rational mind helps us to connect with ourselves.
3. PRECOGNITIVE OR WARNING DREAMS can tell us what may happen in the future or are warnings made up by the subconscious mind to match some fear that we consciously hold. We should not ignore this type of dream.
The subconscious always tries to take over and strike a balance with the conscious, as it awakens the opposite extreme in our waking life. It may also tell us the outcome of our future lives and show us the way to make happen what we think is impossible.
Just go with your real feelings and make you aware. Don't try to figure out what it all means..just work with it and do something about it! You and you alone KNOW what's going on in your life.
